The Alphatex full automatic torch cleaner is a complete maintenance station for robot welding torches. The robot positions the torch in the cleaner, and the unit automatically reams out spatter, cuts wire if needed, and sprays anti-spatter fluid. Plants use it in high-volume welding cells to keep torches clean, reduce downtime, and extend consumable life.
